Terri Kirrie has been a successful hairstylist for more than 20 years. She has always known that her destiny was in the beauty industry following in her mother's footsteps. Hairstyling has always been her passion, but, she knew that one day she would fulfill her dream of having a salon of her own. Together, with her mom, she has been celebrating the ownership of an award-winning, small-town, fashion-forward hair salon for over10 years. She really prides herself on balancing being a wife, a mother of three, a salon owner, a hairdresser, & a mentor to other stylists.
Terri has traveled throughout the country visiting such places as Orlando, Miami, New York, & Las Vegas, training under the salon industries' leading artists. She has attended numerous haircutting & coloring classes including Hair Color USA, Premiere Orlando, & Hair Camp with Mikel Sandoval. With the encouragement from her parents, she received an A. S. degree in Business Marketing and Management in 1994. She has also studied different business systems such as Michael Cole's Boot Camp, Lauren Gartland's Inspiring Champions, & Robert Cromeans' Seriously. Her salon won the Silver Award for the Best Salon in the area voted by the residents of her town. She is consistently providing continuing education to her staff & they are all cross-trained in different aspects of the salon industry. Not only is Terri persistent is setting goals for herself, she is also focused on inspiring her staff to set goals & instilling the confidence to obtain them.
After many years of using Paul Mitchell products, Terri had also studied to become a National Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems. As an educator, she has committed to bettering her skills, learning new techniques, & sharing her knowledge with other people who are passionate about this business. Terri chose to be a part of their family because the support & programs offered by John Paul Mitchell Systems is by far superior to other companies. She is so inspired by the people Behind the Bottle. She explains, "When I am with them, I feel as though I can't get enough....to be a part of this culture is truly being a part of a family." With such industry leaders as John Paul DeJoria, Robert Cromeans, & Angus Mitchell as mentors, the inspiration & knowledge is endless.
Terri is dedicated to her guests & finds great joy & rewards in helping other people feel good about themselves. She is very technical & thrives on perfection. When you sit in her chair, you will feel lifted up & always see her smiling. She is down-to-earth & loves to laugh. Terri is always thinking outside the box & through providing a great client consultation can tailor her guest's looks from sophistication to rock-n-roll edgy. She says, "One of the most important assets a good stylist has is the ability to listen to their guests. Great communication is one of the tools we use not only to provide outstanding service, but, also to learn from each person we come in contact with."

Ashley Rodriguez has a fresh energy about her that is extremely contagious. She is willing to go above & beyond to offer great services to her clientele. Ashley enjoys going to hair shows & educational classes to keep her on top of her game. She is very gifted in her touch that she has on people & can make you feel relaxed & right at home. She is known for bringing a ray of sunshine into any room & the guests keep coming back for her natural exuberance.

Ashley has studied the talents of superior stylists such as Takashi Kitamura, Martin Parsons, Chris Baron, Sam Villa, Robert Cromeans, & DJ Muldoon. She loves to create new looks for her guests while helping them to learn how to re-create these styles at home. She really feels a passion about her work & is will do whatever it takes to make each & every guest feel & look their best!

Ashley is a multi-service provider that offers many services such as Hair Design Cutting, Styling, Color, & Texture services such as Body Waves & Perms. She is also a licensed massage therapist - she truly has a gift for healing. She enjoys pampering her guests in our "Bubble Room" by offering THE BEST Shampoo in town. She really gives an amazing scalp massage that could put even the most tense person to sleep. She also offers natural nail services such as Manicures & Pedicures.
